What the liposuction procedure consists of

Liposuction is performed under a general anaesthetic and can take between approximately 40-90 minutes to perform. Unlike a few years ago there are few skin puncture marks to indicate where the canula was inserted. Nowadays the canula's are much more slender and longer. Often one small puncture in the central abdomen region, enables the surgeon to work on the tummy as well as both hips. The canula can actually bends/works around angles. The procedure requires on average 1 night hospitalisation

With no special post op care. Other that obviously no lifting, straining or stretching for around 1 month.

By law your surgeon must be qualified in plastic surgery (or face prison). However some surgeons, more than others, are prepared to go that extra mile. What happens when I'm in Prague?

Usually John Babbage or a member of staff will meet you on arrival at Prague airport and give a guided tour on the way to your private apartment plus show you the best places to eat and, of course, shop…

The day after arrival you after your comprehensive medical you will meet the surgeon who will ensure all is ok before proceeding. The next morning, we will pick you up from the clinic and take you to the apartment where you can relax in peace and privacy.

We will then be available to you for as long as you wish to make sure your recovery period is as easy as possible. Ultimately, Europa International treats you as an individual and we will be there for you before, during and after.
