The whole process was faultless
Hi Libby and John,
I thought you might like my images before and after for your website. I am not so "waif like" as your younger clients who appear there, but nevertheless I am thrilled beyond words.
As you can see the scars are fading very nicely (3 months on) and they are settling down well...
I would like to say a big thank you to you both, for all your help and genuine kindness towards me.
From the minute I stepped off the plane and met John, the whole process was faultless. John looked after me like a princess in an unobtrusive way. Nothing was too much trouble, but he let me have my space at the same time. I guess he needed his own space too!!
Anyway I plan to keep in touch as you suggested, and many thanks once again.
