Michelle's thank you letter

I intend to return to Prague

Dear John and Libby,

Having returned from Prague on Monday I would like to thank you for the brilliant service you provide, having surgery is never an easy decision and having surgery abroad is a frightening one, that's why I believe the service you offer is first class. From the minute I arrived in Prague I did not have to worry about a thing, I got all the support and reassurances needed from John and nothing was too much trouble for him, even showing three battered and bruised women round the town.

I intend to return to Prague, firstly for a holiday as it is a beautifull city and secondly for more surgery, I will most certainly be using your services again as I felt relaxed and safe in the knowledge that I had all the help I needed. Once again thanks very much for everything.
