Just to let you know that i am know back at the flat. A little sore and bruised but that is only to be expected. Thank god nobody had warned me about how painful it would be taking the drains out. Still I'm on the homeward stretch now.

John has been an absolute star. The clinic is unbelievable, I felt like a hollywood star going in there. The staff were brilliant. I can't thank you both enough for the help you have given to me.

I'm going for another lie down, I don't want to overdo things.

I will keep you posted on my recovery

Hi Libby

Sorry for the lack of contact since i have been home. Have had problems with the computer and the internet, which has resulted in us buying a new computer.

Feeling really well now and extremelly pleased with the results, although the tummy is still a little swollen. I am sure this will go down in time.

I had a real nightmare when the stiches were removed. The nurse really struggled removing them, then the silly GP cut the knots which resulted in 1 stitch in my tummy disappearing inside. He then referred me to the hospital, who have informed me that it will not cause me any problems, and they have left it in. So i am hoping they are right.

Please extend my thanks to John, it made a huge difference knowing that there was someone there with me throughout. He makes an excellent tour guide.

Again thank you so much, the surgery has made a huge difference to not only my appearance, but also my self-esteem. I am recommending you to all my friends.
