Breast reduction surgery
In the course of life, due to hormonal changes, pregnancy, and nursing, the bosom gradually falls and the gland reduces in size. To address these changes, the only alternative is breast reduction surgery.
The breast reduction operation brings about very good visual results, however, scars will be present as they are necessary for the reduction of excess skin. However, with time, the scars will grow pale and disappear, becoming less conspicuous.
Breast reduction surgery procedure
The initial and very important step to be taken before any decision is made is a personal consultation with an experienced and licensed plastic surgeon.
Any issues related to the size and shape of the breasts needs to be addressed and all motives or psychological reasons need to be addressed. Each breast reduction surgery is unique to the individual and the surgeon's individual approach towards the patient corresponds accordingly.

The breast reduction operation is performed under general anesthesia. Several breast reduction procedures are available for breast reduction operation and the type of bosom and extent of modeling determine the procedure chosen. Breast reduction surgery - aftercare
